When will the centre be built?

We anticipate that construction of the centre will occur in stages commencing in 2027.

What will parking be like?

The proposal is planned to include basement parking and short-stay spaces at ground level to ensure convenient access for residents, staff, and visitors.

What is the height of the buildings?

The development is planned to be three storeys in height.

What uses will the centre include?

The centre is designed to support a diverse mix of uses. Potential tenants may include a childcare centre, community shop, gym, small offices, cafés, and restaurants. Although final uses will be determined by the tenants and owners.

When can I have a say in the development?

Community engagement will be held from 22 July to 19 August 2025, with a second stage of consultation planned for September 2025. An online meeting will be held on Monday, 29th July, 5:30PM-6:30PM 2025. Please reach out to us if you would like to attend.
